There are no screws on the plate so surely it must be stuck on using sticky pads on the back - I think you can just pull it off from the look of the picture. That plastic frame around it is screwed down to the bumper - don't need to take that off to replace the number plate. no no, I have 4 screws ...

Do you mean number plate? You can just take it off by pulling on it hard - its just stuck on to the frame, the plastic frame has some 3 screws or so screwed down on to the bumper - don't need to take that off.
