Do you mean number plate? You can just take it off by pulling on it hard - its just stuck on to the frame, the plastic frame has some 3 screws or so screwed down on to the bumper - don't need to take that off. Although I'm not quite sure what you mean - picture will explain things better.

i am not sure that in Italy you can just take it off by pulling on it hard... in germany it is different at many cars. and in italy may be, too.

Eben war da noch eines. Er hat sein Kennzeichen hinten eingedrückt. Allerdings sieht der Halter komisch aus, als wäre das Kennzeichen selbst einfach aufgeklebt oder so. Man erkennt keine Haltepunkte etc.

There are no screws on the plate so surely it must be stuck on using sticky pads on the back - I think you can just pull it off from the look of the picture. That plastic frame around it is screwed down to the bumper - don't need to take that off to replace the number plate.

Well if there are screws then surely that's what holding them in place?? Why didn't you just take them off then rathering asking here??
Well it looks like you've used some sort of translator which is very difficult to understand. I don't know where its been damaged by the person hitting you at the back - just ask at your local VW dealer if you're unsure if its safe or not - surely they won't charge you just by asking.

Those lamps can be replaced. I had the same problem before - bumped into someone whilst reversing. So I brought some new ones from VW - didn't cost too much - replaced one and brought an extra one.

fairly cheap.
