Do anyone know if the exhausts from the Ibiza TDI and the Polo 9N TDI are the same?
I have been looking on a Milltek Sport exhausts system, but they only make it for the Ibiza.

Yes Mikkel, the Milltek System for Ibiza 6L will also fit on your Polo 9N!

I have complete exhaust from Milltek on my Ibiza and can tell you: quality depending handcrafting, material and fitting is really first class! Its a really good value for your money!
Possibly you will have to modify your rear skirt to give enough space for tailpipe...
