Removing Rear Wiper?

I really like the look people have achieved by removing the rear wiper.




I've tried looking through the site and forum but can't find a DIY. If anyone has a link to a DIY please post it.

taking off the wiper blade:

taking off the inner lining:

in the bottom right corner the windscreenwiper electric motor + mount is visible; seems like 2 hex-nuts
