GTi Bumper to Cup Bumper

I need some help.

I have a 9n3 GTi. I want to change the bumper to the Cup Edition Bumper, is that possible....Are the mounts in the same places?

I live in the UK.

9n3, 9n3 GTI, 9n3 CUP, they all have the mounds in the same places..

I have ordered the Cup Bumper and sideskirts. The dealer says it's non-returnable.

I am getting worried when it arrives and painted.....and then it doesn't fit.

I'll be gutted.

He has not fitted it on yet.

It would not be logical, if VW would build the bumpers
for every model differently !

Like that they build the raw frame for every model of the
9n3 series equally, and then only change the shape of
the different bumpers! - The mounts stay the same !

So have fun with your new bumper! - It will fit for sure!

And don't forget to show us pictures of your Polo,
when your new bumper is ready!

I can't wait then. Really looking forward to it. I've also ordered the R-Line Wheels.

I'm still trying to get that spoiler, the dealer say its obsolete.

I will certainly put the pics when its all done.

Only the back bumper, extra screws.....shit, to be honest I've no idea. Thats why I try to get as much information as possible. I did ask the VW dealer, and he says "should be no problems at all". Although I went there today to re-confirm it. The guy just finished, so I missed him. I did get another guy to ask him and give me call tomorrow.

Don't worry, there are no problems I can imagine and which would be fatal

If you fail, any garage should be able to change the bumber within short time.
