HOW TO REMOVE A GEARKNOB ON POLO 2006.?

sorry on englisch, aber ich bin nicht so gut in deutsch!hoffe das ist kein problem!so the question is clear...if anybody knows how to remove the gearknob please help me cause I've tried everything...am I stupid or what?!tnx everyone
