Hallo

hier im Forum wird ja z.Z. eine 5-Türer Lederausstattung angeboten, die ich gerne in meinem Polo verbauen würde.
Die Verkäuferin sagte mir, ich müsste dann meine Airbags in die Sitze einbauen.

Meine Frage ist daher nun: Wie aufwendig ist das? Hat das schonmal jemand gemacht? Und geht das überhaupt? (nicht dass es einen Unterschied zwischen der Lederausstattung und den Standard-Stoffsitzen gibt)

Putting your one airbags in other seats is easy Disconnect your "akku" en unscrew the airbags of the old seats, put them on to the new seats. After that connect the airbag wire and as last connect your "akku".

Did it myself last Saterday, no "Fehher" or what so else.

Since airbags are somewhat very important in security aspects, I ask myself the question if they can be harmed in any way due to the exchange.

Additional question: do you have Photos?

It's indeed important to do it right When you disconnect your "akku" the airbags won't be harmed.
