Looking 18" "lip" rims

like i said im looking 18" rims for my Polo with "lip"...price should be in a range too 1000€ inside the Eu...i have searched it on ebay.com but the shipping is too high and i would also have to pay big taxes...so if someone knows some good rims, i would be most grateful...
