Please help me regarding Mfd navi in my Polo/Bitte hilfe

Hi!

Sorry I don't write german, but my german is to bad. But I hope you can help me.

I have just got my 2004 Polo to Norway from Germany, and I want to put in a MFD navi in it.I have som question:

Will I need any adaptor, ore will the plugs from my stereo fit? ( I know I will need a new antenna)

I was wondering if there is a CD changer for Polo to put anywhere else, when you put navi in. Maby in the rear?

I have a 6 disc changer in the car today. Maybe I can put it anywhere else, ore will I have to buy a new?

Can I use i-pod with the MDF navi instead of CD changer maybe?

You can mount the old diskchanger under your seat of your co-driver or in your glove locker.
If you want use your IPod, you need an Aux-In-Adapter which you connect to your diskchanger-input of the MFD, but you can't use both input sources for music a the same time, sorry.

I think, the other connectors may fit because you change a VW spezific radio to another VW device.
But i'm not sure if you have a CAN signal in your car.

My Uncel in America has a Polo 9N and bought a Navigation for it. He also had a 6 CD-Changer in the front but constructed some modified and has now his 6 CD-Changer under his driver seat. He use an adaptation for AUX-In. I don't know how he does this, but it's possible to use the 6 CD-Changer with a Navigation. I'll Mail him and ask him about he did this and i'll informate you.
