9N3 GTI tacho in 9N 1.4 16v

Hello question from my side:

i bought a 9N3 GTI cluster for in my Polo 9N, what adaptions do i have to make? i understand the old cluster uses IMMO3 and the new 9N3 IMMO4, do i have to make new transponders in my keys? or can u just copy the data from my old cluster in the new one??

and what programm wil i need to do all this? VAGTACHO 2.5 ?? or do i need VAGDASH COM/CAN ?
